To register your child for the Rocky Railroad VBS running August 22nd – August 26th please fill out the following forms and e-mail them to ascension@vianet.ca or fax them to 705-566-5215.

Call the church office at 705-566-2790 to let us know your child’s name, age and any allergies or medical information we should know and then bring the completed forms to first day of the program.
